I've had these lines come up, on several tests for the last 5-6 weeks

I've had tests like this for the last 5+ weeks, can someone please give me thoughts and advice? I'm ttc but I don't want to go to the doctors and waste time and medical resources for a BFN? What's everyone's thoughts and opinions please vote and comment and I'll test again in the morning

P.s I haven't had a period since may 9-11th
