Peak Fert on Clearblue digital OPK

AF finally came on CD 42. Been using cheap stick tests. Decided to get Clearblue Digital opk. On the day and day after period started they were negative. Now tonight, I tested for fun and it reads Peak fertility. Could I be ovulating again so quick? Btw just got off BC in May. Cheap stick still register but not as high. Thoughts? Thanks!!!
