Sudden increase of saying ILY?

I was discussing this with my man and I've heard and seen many people who think that if their partner suddenly starts being more affectionate or more forthcoming with professions of love then that means they're up to no good. Just wanted to see what you ladies thought. I would definitely be suspicious if he started randomly saying ILY more than usual.

Well, it depends. 
I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I know for a fact I have been a lot more loving towards my husband lately lol. I cried when we went to the beach and he had to leave early to go back to work and couldn't stay the whole week where I normally wouldn't have cared 😂 I blame it on the hormones. But in return he has been a lot more affectionate towards me as well. In that instance, I would say no.
But people do act out of guilt in strange ways, however, I find with cheaters they typically will start accusing you of cheating/ getting abnormally jealous when they are actually the ones cheating.
