What kind of spider is this?

Does anyone have any idea what the hell kinda spider this is? It looks like it has bone on its back 😂
To me it looks like he's wearing a Jason mask, or kinda like Jack Skellington. 
It's at my moms house in a web, and I'm just curious what it is since I've never seen anything like this before.

I used to have these all over my old house... But they would be diff colors... like yellow, red, white, black, orange..  Lls idk but they looked cool but scary...
