It's normal. After sex, both me and my boyfriend take about 5 minutes to clean ourselves. He wipes off and then I go to the bathroom and tmi but I just sit there, pee if I can do I don't get a uti, and let everything just drop out as much as I can. Its normal. But if left to dry, can be super sticky and gross feeling (like if you were to sweat a lot and then not shower). I've been with my husband 14 years and I can probably count on my hand the number of times I've seen him do anymore than just quickly wipe himself with toilet paper.
