Bad Pain Please Read And Respond

Ok help please. I'm having incredibly sharp constant pain under my right breast where underwire bra would sit. It's not gas and it's not behaving like round ligament pain since I will get it even if I'm laying in bed and not moving. I used to think it was from laying in bed to long and not getting enough exercise but this week I have been averaging 10,500 steps a day and it starts after being in bed only 30 minutes or so. 20 weeks FTM
