first iui failure 😓😓😓

I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure our first IUI isn't going to result in pregnancy 😔I took a pregnancy test (although I probably shouldn't have) kinda early a couple days ago and got a BFN....my blood test is scheduled for Monday unless my period comes first...I just don't know how to im going to process this not working 😒 I mean my husband and I knew going into it that we may not have success on the first try...
