the clap

I had protected sex with two guys since my blood test showed an equivocal test result for the clap. But the second guy was only one day before my test. The blood test was followed by a urine test which ended up being positive and I'm on my second day of antibiotics. Is there a chance I caught it from the second guy or is less than 24 hours not enough time for there to be small traces in the blood? The other guy I had sex 5 weeks before my blood test.
