Should have Rafferty and McClintic (Victoria Stafford case) gotten different sentences? This happened in the town that my little sister recently moved to and Tori would have been the same age as my little sister so it's really been freaking me out so I've relooked at the case after 7 years and saw a form where this was a question.

I had to Google the case and I'm going to get a bit extreme here but in my opinion if you rape and kill a child there's no punishment hard enough. They should have the same happen to them.
