hcg results needing positive vibes

I need positive vibes. I have 3 angel babies and one beautiful daughter. I am 4w 1d today.

Blood draw hcg:

3w 6d - 51

4w 1d - 108

I had a pregnancy after my daughter that ended in a miscarriage. My hcg levels doubled much like this one and then at 7 weeks we lost our baby. I guess I need positive vibes it is so hard playing the waiting game. I even had an ultrasound with the last pregnancy and then I miscarriaged after that.
