I Need Some Advice *URGENT*

Okay so I am 18 weeks pregnant. I currently have a four hour commute to and from work. I travel on public transportation and I have a lot of complications with my pregnancy such as preeclampsia, high blood pressure, and low blood sugar. I was thinking about quitting my job for the safety of me and my unborn child. However, I've been applying to jobs closer to my home and with more pay. Today I received an email back from a baby sitter who wants to hire me and pay me a week in advance and the pay is more than what I'm making now and the hours are completely reasonable. Being that I have a baby on the way I can definitely use the money and I love taking care of children. The child is disabled but that doesn't bother me. What does everyone suggest? I tried to ask my husband all he said was he doesn't know. He wasn't helpful. I want to make a decision as soon as possible so I can respond to the lady. Please and thank you.
