please help!!!!
I have struggled with PCOS for as long as I've had periods. I have extreme pains and have been on birth control for nearly 8 years because the cramps were so bad. I've recently decided to TTC and want to know how you all have lost weight? I'm currently 240 lbs and I hate it. I have no problem gaining weight but all the problems loosing it. I also have IBS so I go through phases where I force myself to eat once a day to Days I eat my body weight in food. I plan on starting to walk again every night and lifting weights at home. I don't have the money for a gym membership at the moment but hoping I can afford a personal trainer soon. Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance ❤️❤️❤️
