precooking meals advice!
I'm doing my embryo transfer soon. I want to be super stress free and do yoga and take it easy so with that in mind I would like to pre cook some meals to freeze. My husband doesn't know how to cook but can heat things up and it's so important for me to eat healthily rather than takeout. I'm already planning a big pot of stew with veggies. What are some of your suggestions for things that freeze and reheat well which are healthy? Thanks loves!!!!
