feeling disgusting

I've been feeling like shit all morning like I smell like absolute shit. I smell like I went to the bathroom for diaherra, but I haven't though? I've been smelling like it for hours and hours. My clothes are all clean and everything so I don't know why I smell like it though? I'm also pregnant 38 weeks it's just weird?? Never had this happen to me before
