If he told you he would be with friends, don't expect him to be texting back constantly (if that's what you mean by MIA). If he just did it without saying anything, then talk to him about it so he stops doing things like that

Immediately because we are a team. He can tell me straight up if he's off out with his friends. I won't worry and I know he will be ok. I know he would like same respect from me. Then he can enjoy his time without me bothering him.

Honestly I like to hear from him within like 6 hours, unless I know he's somewhere he won't be able to use his phone or something. I get worried, and needy. Yeah I'm kind of clingy, but he is too. We both try to update each other and check in as often as we can.

My bf went 6 hours without txting me when he was with his friends. The next time he hung out with them I asked if he wouldn't go 6 hours or longer without txting me letting me know what's up. He expects the same from me.
