I Burned the top of my mouth BADLY
So last night I took a bite of food that was wayyyyyy too hot and it got stuck in the top of my mouth and I couldn't get it out so it stayed there for a few seconds just burning me. It burned so bad it left a red mark. Today, it has turned into a big white blister and My throat hurts.
What do I do? I have never ever done this and I'm kinda scared
