need some advice from the alternative/"crunchy" mammas😉
So, I'm trying to naturally detox and lose weight. I've already cut out all junk foods. Only eating fruits and salads during the day, except for dinner. (That's the only time I eat an actual meal.) during the day, I snack on fruits and sometimes when I feel like it's not really filling me up, I'll eat a salad. I've cut out all pop and I've been drinking stricktly water all day, I've been asking around and I've had people tell me to try water with a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of pure black pepper. Has anyone tried this? Is it beneficial? Any advice will help, thanks ladies😊❤
