spotting...

I just found out I'm pregnant (ftm) about 4 weeks. My progesterone levels are a little low so I was prescribed progesterone capsules that I'm supposed to insert vaginally. So last night was the first time doing it and about an hour or so later there was blood and discharge in my panties... the next morning (today) there was some spotting... is this normal? Anyone else have this experience? Should I be worried? I plan on call my doctor Monday to see what I should  do but until then I'm freaking out.
