tattoo irritation????

Hi everyone! So I got my 3rd tattoo today and I had to work later tonight and had to wear jeans. I know, stupid idea. Is this just really irritated or should I worry?? It doesn't really hurt, only slight tenderness when I washed it/applied aquaphor.

Tattoo goo is a godsend. They sell it at Walgreens or cvs or Walmart. It's a white tin container with green paint splatter on it and the stuff is green. It's wonderful for old and new tattoos

It looks like a pretty normal amount of redness to me. Keep her lubed up and try to avoid the lingpants the best you can. Super pretty by the way!

I wouldn't wrap it it needs some air to heal. With my tattoos I would wash with hot water and antibacterial soap,dry and put thin layer of aquaphor on it. Its going to be tender for a while and start to itch a little when it starts to completely heal do not itch just pat it

I personally like unscented lubraderm bc it moisturizes but still let's the skin breathe and petroleum based ones I feel like don't (but of course follow artist instructions over me haha)

I mean it just looks normal irritated. For infection, you wanna look for weird colors, oozing, swelling or fever or just something "off". Remember it should only heal and never get worse and worse if it does consult a doc ASAP but right now it's too soon to tell

To me, it looks normal. I got a tattoo on Thursday and it was red too. Try waiting a day or two and see how it goes. Keep washing it with gentle soap and moisturize it with lubriderm or something that is light. Don't do too much either. Is there a way you can wear something else? Or is there like a policy about it? Tattoos need to breathe. You need to wear loose clothing for a while ☹ I remember I couldn't even wear a bra because it would irritate my sternum.

Did you keep the seran wrap on it for a few hours? I mean if you just got it it'll probably be Red for a little bit. Make sure to moisturize and keep it clean and keep an eye on it
