Ttc i will be 34 in august,times a ticking

Im 33 and i have 5 beautiful kids. I also had 3 miscarriages 1 of them with feturnal twins. Me and my husband nevr had a problem getting pregnant but now we have been trying for about 2 years and nothing is happening. Our last baby my daughter is now 4 years old and thats around the same time as we've gotten preggers with our oldest daughter who is now 9 years old. I have been having pain on my right side ever menstrual cycle its been happening after the last miscarriage with the twins and nobody can tell me what it is. I was told that i have a small fibroid and a cys. They told me that wouldnt stop me from conceiving at all but i dont believe these doctors. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem and if i should take ovulation test more seriously cause to tell u the truth i dont have alot of time or money to be testing everyday i was depending on this app but its not working.. qnd somebody please tell me what all the abbreviations mean im confused. What is AF? I know what ttc is but every other 1 i dont know..
