Please help

I'm 16 and I lost my virginity 2 days ago. He first put it in without a condom and then 5 minutes later he did. The major question is COULD I GET PREGNANT OFF OF PRECUM WHEN HE FIRST WENT IN. I'm super paranoid and we would both get into serious trouble if I were to be pregnant. I also took a plan B pill, but I took it after 24 hours but before 72 hours was up. Am I safe? It's all I can think about. Feel free to ask more questions.
