Should I worry about hcg levels

I found out i was pregnant last week with a hpt, it was confirmed with a blood test on friday and my hcg level was 7. I had to go to the er early this morning for leg pain and they ran my labs hcg doubled to 14. These seem low I have looked online and seen different things and I'm trying not to worry.
