When is a good time to start preparing for baby's birth?

When you find out you're pregnant(maybe after the 12wk window), there's so many things you are going to want to look into and make sure you have all your plans in order. No everything doesn't always go that way. But it's nice to have an idea. It's so many options from birthing options to strollers.

Hoesntly I wish I didn't wait so long! You don't realize how much crap is involved in getting the nursery set up. Just researching everything you want takes a long time. Then we had to go through all the junk in the room and drawers which we've been using as more of a storage. Now we finally put most of everything together but it took a lot of time and effort!

If you 29 weeks I would go ahead and startpreparing  things. I was 36&6 when I was admitted for springing a leak and exactly at 37 weeks my son was born. We were released Xmas day, everything was closed, we had nothing built or prepared and we left our apartment untidy. In fact, we didn't have a suitcase ready and I went into L&D after being told to do so by a nurse, assuming I would be sent home. If I can go back I woukd clean my apartment, make a suitcase, build the crib, buy diapers lol

I'm 32 weeks and just started all I got was a pack n play and car seat, I'm not making the same mistake of over doing it. As far as clothes and diapers and the little things I'll have them done by 36 weeks
