ultrasounds?

How often are ultrasounds usually done? I had my very first at 6 weeks 3 days (done by a free, private place) and again at 9 weeks 5 days (by my ob, also my first ob appointment) I have another appointment coming up July 12, I'll be 14 weeks 3 days. Will I get an ultrasound done then or will they wait until my next appointment?

My office does only one at 20ish weeks for the anatomy scan. I had surgery the cycle before getting pregnant and had one at 5 weeks and 7 weeks. Then, the doctor had trouble finding a HB on the Doppler at 11 weeks and just did one in the office, I had my anatomy scan at 19 weeks which should have been my last one but was in a car accident at 24 weeks and had to have another. I've had five and am only 27 weeks. I was supposed to have one.

My first pregnancy I had 2. One at 12 weeks, one at 20 weeks.
My second pregnancy I had 7. (ER at 5 wks, dating at 6wks, NT at 12wks, private ultrasounds at 14 and 15wks, anatomy scan at 19wks, repeat anatomy scan at 12wks since baby was a stinker the first time)
Current pregnancy I've had a dating one at 7wks, and I have the NT tomorrow at 12wks. Once I hit 16 wks I'll have them every 2 weeks to monitor cervical length because I have a higher risk of preterm labor.

I had a dating scan at 11 weeks, NT scan at 12+6 and I'll be having one tomorrow at 20 weeks, then 28 weeks and 36 weeks. I've also had a couple of bedside scans when I've gone in for GD appointments at the hospital. I live in Australia 😊

Most insurance cover an initial scan and then a gender scan, mine were 9 wks & 20 wks. I had a growth scan at 36 wks via Dr recommendation due to baby size

I have one every two weeks but that's because I'm having twins.  With my first I had one like every four weeks.

I had one at 15 weeks .. she also told us the  gender then at 20 weeks & she confirmed she's a girl .. then I paid for a 3D 4D one at 30 weeks

Every doctor is different. I know woman who only get one at their anatomy at 20 weeks. Mine gives me one at every appointment up until 20 something and then at 30 weeks
