STD????? HELP!!!!!!

Okay so basically I have a dude a blowjob about 4 months ago and I've been paranoid about getting an STD for literally the whole time. It was a really really bad relationship and I regret everything I did and I've  changed since then. I'm just really worried. So I gave him head and I'm pretty sure he didn't have anything. I'm not super sure but he only did it with one other girl and I'm pretty sure he didn't but my throat is hurting super duper bad and I have a little dot thingy on the back of my mouth/throat and I've looked up early signs of STDs and it said "redness of the throat and sores" as a few examples but my body was aching too and I had a fever so maybe I'm just sick??? I don't know plsss help me.
