Painful ovulation 2 weeks after MC

Hi ladies, I had a natural miscarriage at 5 weeks, bled for 6 days then started tracking ovulation & have been pleased that I have done as things seem to be normalising. I've had a lot of heavy cramping though the last few days, way more than I've experienced before. Not 'call 999' type pain but enough that I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Am I being paranoid?!! Never felt ovulation really before and this is pretty full on.... xxx
