From my experience with my son on Nutramigen, his poop was never like that. Given that this specific formula type is already broken down for easy digestion, it should look like EBF stool.

Also, mucous in the stool does not only indicate infection, but could also be intestinal blood. That could be a sign of an allergy your baby has.

Your best bet would be to contact your baby's pediatrician ASAP and show the doctor the photo of the stool.

This maybe be he sign of an infection because my daughters was never like this after s year of being on it. Just monitor it and if it remains this colour then call your ped
