TTC Ovulation calculator wrong??

I've been tracking my ovulation for the past 4 months and I've been pretty regular with keeping track of my cm and periods but now I am 4dpo and still having ewcm (I'm usually dry or sticky) and moderate backache with tiny tinges of pain on my right side. Could I be ovulating and my tracking be off or is this something else? Also, I checked my cervix and it's still high and moderately soft. Did bd just to be sure...any advice would help😊
