Took a fall
So tonight in the shower I fell pretty hard. I fell straight on my stomach over top of the side of the tub. Was wondering if anyone had any advice. I've read that the amniotic fluids and all the walls and stuff do a good job of protecting the baby. But still wondering since it was a direct fall if I should be worried
