Period

Can you get pregnant while on your cycle, before it also? My period is usually 6 days , me and my husband have been trying before my period and during my period before we went back to his duty station a week or so later when he left I had to stop my car because I had to throw up ,,, my head hurts alot now , im always nauseated, my stomach has this empty feeling it's pretty weird
