Implantation or period?

Hey babes, I've been off of my pill for 2 months and I've had my 2 periods in that time. Me and my boyfriend want a baby but we're not trying, just waiting to see if it happens, we've had sex everyday for the past 2 months just because sex is fucking awesome. And I feel like I'm pregnant, I sure feel it and I've had dreams about me being pregnant and everything. My younger sister hit me in the stomach yesterday and now I'm bleeding a tiny bit- it's a light pink. so I'm wondering whether it could be implantation or a miscarriage? I'm due on in 8 days and have always came on on the 13th of every month. Help?
