Need an opinion

Hi ladies I recently found out Saturday that I'm pregnant and on yesterday I had a light brown tinted discharge but I only saw it when I wiped and it lasted for a few hours and then it stopped. And then around 4 this morning I woke up with cramping shooting pain my left side of my pelvic area and the pain went down to my thigh and also and then it stopped. The reason why I'm freaking out so much is because I've had two miscarriages in the past so every little thing scares me and freaks me out so if you could please help shed some light on this thank you
