20 month old toddler

My toddler still doesn't say a lot of words, I sit down and try to teach him words and names of his toys. Right now he only says Eat, Mom, Dad, Car, truck, stop, bird, bus, bubble, No, yes, juice, and he can count to 4. Is anyone else dealing with a delay in speech? And what have you done to improve it?
