Who is hoping they make it all the way to 40 weeks?

I feel like every comment on here is like "I hope my baby comes at 37/38 weeks!" And I just don't get it! Obviously I am VERY excited to meet my daughter, but I want my baby to cook as long as she needs to! Of course at 37/38ish your baby would be fine if they were born, there is still plenty going on in these last few weeks that means it's a good idea to stay in the uterus! I am actually hoping she comes a smidge after her due date for maternity leave reasons. Anyone else ACTUALLY WANT to make it to 40??
EDIT: I am in no way suggesting I think anyone is going to induce themselves early (without legitimate medical reason), I just think it's strange that so many people seem to be hoping for an early baby. Obviously some babies are born early for lots of reasons, but I just don't see why anyone would hope for that to happen.
