Worrying...

Im worried about me and my partner, he never comes onto me and its making me feel really unattractive, but whenever i suggest things or give hints he gets excited in his head and it physically shows XD but the problem is he never does anything about it. Even if i say "oh i want to" hes like "nah its ok". Is it because of me? Or maybe he has insecurities...i dont want to ask
