Getting back into shape and toned?
I just had a baby in February of this year and have gotten down to my pre baby weight as of a few weeks ago. I am 120 lb, gained 42, and now back to 120. HOWEVER, my body looks entirely different! I have love handles that I never had before, a small pouch, and honestly, a bit of extra cellulite on my bum. I've never felt so self conscious. Despite eating healthy and really controlling my portions, nothing has been changing with the look of my body. So I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips or workout routines for getting toned? Thanks ladies!
