Crying during period?
Hi Guys,
So these past two periods I have been getting extremely emotional. It always happens right before my period. I make a bigger deal of things than they really are. And I cry a lot when I'm alone. (Oh and I'm not an emotional person). Is this normal and what can I do to help myself?
