Back labour?!

Question

I'm 38 week pregnant and since I've woke up I've had a constant period pain in my back, it's not coming and going however I've also had braxton hicks coming and going for the past few hours... could I be in labour? This is my first baby

With my second all my labor was in my back. I woke up readjusted myself (thinking it was from the was I was sleeping) and went back to bed. Did this for awhile before taking a bath. Still didn't help so I got my mother who drove me to the hospital. I was 9.5 cm dialated and ready to push when I got there! 
If nothing your doing (walking, talking a bath etc...) is helping i would go in. There's no harm in checking, and they won't judge you if it's false labor!

Possibly. Take a warm bath and see if it relaxes you, if not, try your best to time
