Help me

My husband and I having been trying for the last year naturally without any help or stress, yet nothing has happened yet. Something weird has happened the last 3 months straight. I get my period like clockwork, then a week after being free from mother nature herself, then she comes for another visit for another week. I can't believe I am getting my period twice every month. Does anyone have an idea why this may he happening?
