IUD removal, TTC9

I had my IUD removed on May 31st to try to concieve. I had the normal IUD removal bleeding. Then it stopped. About a week and a half ago I thought I was starting an actual period (I haven't had one in over a year and a half when I got pregnant with my daughter) but for 3 days it was just brown discharge. And for about 2 days now I've had a very light red almost pink bleeding nothing like a normal period. Glow also says my period should have hit June 30th. I went to the Emergency Room about a 5 days ago and they tested positive on a uti and negative on pregnancy. Is it possible I am pregnant? I keep reading it all could be implantation bleeding? What else could make me bleed like that? Im starting to get really worried.
