Squishy saggy boobs 😩

I'm TTC baby #1 and AF is due in 2 days, I've had mild cramping but besides that my boobs are really squishy..they usually have some firmness to them..but there soft and squishy! Can someone help me know what this is? Is it pms? Or a sign of pregnancy? I know the two can have the same signs
