Has anyone tried the honest co. Multi vit. Prenatal? I purchased the the 3 a day 90 capsule over the one a day. I liked that it had the whole food blend of fruits and veggies. My prescription prenatal were making me tired and sick and smelled like chalk so I was all set. These look pretty good so I'm glad I got them. I still may have to supplement zinc because my acne is out of control right now and not healing at all. It's making me miserable...I know it's hormones but aside from being pregnant this isn't the first time I've had a problem like this. These prenatals only have 15mg of zinc oxide which is the crappiest form of zinc from what I've read. I've actually never supplemented with zinc before but I'm going to look for zinc picolinate I've read it's amazing for people with chronic acne.
