Could I be pregnant?

Can someone help me out? This is our second month TTC. I *supposedly* ovulated on 6/19, and was supposed to get my period two days ago (7/4). I took a pregnancy test on the 4th and it was negative, but I still have not started my period. Is it possible I could have ovulated late and could still be pregnant? I also had mild cramping two days before my period was supposed to come. I thought it might have been implantation cramping but then the test came back negative. Could I be testing too soon?
