Ok, am I starving myself or is it an exaggeration? I downloaded my fitness pal to calculate my calories so that I could lose weight. I've kept it up for 3 weeks and I lost about 5.5 lbs. But I'm losing motivation because I feel hungry all the time. I'm supposed to eat approximately 1000-1200 calories to lose about 2 lbs a week. But I just find myself wanting to eat. I feel like I really slacked off this week with clean eating. But I just want to eat and lose weight! Why is this so hard!!
