Will I be hot until I give birth?

In the last few days I've suddenly become hot all of time. Have to keep the AC on 65. I haven't been able to exercise for 3 days because I literally can't take being warm. I got my hair highlighted today and almost passed out twice (also got super nauseous.. awesome). They had to remove my cape and bring me ice packs and cold towels...All because there were foils on my head. Is this going to pass or am I going to have to live like this for the next 7 weeks? I'm usually always cold so this is especially hard to adjust to. Never going to be pregnant in the summer again!
