Bloody Diarrhea ?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and on 6/5/17 I caught a bug. I had a temperature of 101.8 and was constantly throwing up and had diarrhea. My fever finally went away last night including the throwing up but the diarrhea was still here. On top of that now my diarrhea is full of blood every time I go to the bathroom. Any ideas on what it could be?

It's good that it's bright red because it's most likely from just you anus of somewhere not far up! If it's black are very dark it could mean internal bleeding but this doesn't look like that... maybe just a bad irritation but I would still go and get seen you don't want to get an infection down there !! And I'm not a doctor
