Find & Following People in the Community

We've been thinking a lot about friends in the Community here at Glow HQ. There are a couple of features we've been considering, and I wanted to ask you what you thought!

- A way to search out your friends (both from RL and online) within the Community

- A way to see posts & updates by everyone you're following 

- A way to tag people in conversations/posts

-A way to create your own unique user name that can't be used by other users.
