Advice! Help! 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I need your opinions or advice! So my husband and I have been TTC. I'm normally healthy and have not gotten sick since I was in high school. In the two weeks leading up to my period I got a UTI that I went to the doctor and got on antibiotics for after I started peeing blood. I then got pink eye. When I was 2 days late I got the start of what I think is the "flu", getting sick none stop the first day and just feeling like I got hit by a bus. At 3 days late I started my period which was very light and had no cramping what so ever. (Normally I have major cramps). well I have now been on my light period for 2 days and it seems to be done. (Still have what I think is the flu) I'm not sure if my immune system is just all out of wack or if I could be pregnant. I took a test the day of my missed period and it was negative.
