What does baby sleep in?

I'm at a lost on what to do. Baby has never slept with us. He's always slept in his bassinet and now crib. Well we're about to go on our 1st vacation and idk on what to do with him. I've looked online but the travel cribs I've found look very flimsy. I don't want him to sleep with us and then when we get back home, have to deal with readjusting him to his crib. Any travel cribs for guys have liked for a 9!month old
