Hi All 😊 we have been TTC coming onto 11 months (had a Chemical in May) I'm 35 and Tony is 27, I also have a 10 year old daughter. My fiancé was diagnosed with moderate oligospermia (7.1 million per mil) with good morphology and motility (a bit on the hyper stimulated side due to she thinks his caffeine intake)

We are back for another sperm analysis after 3 months (next Friday) he has been cutting out caffeine but didn't want to take any vitamins etc. My fertility doctor was talking about <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> as a next step and I've tried not to google as best I can but was wondering if any other couples had this issue what course of treatment did they do?
